£40,000 plus benefits
We are proud to be working with a multiple award-winning property management company, who after an extraordinary period of growth, are looking to expand their block management team with the recruitment of a Property Manager.
In this role, you will effectively manage a residential block portfolio, consisting of properties in North London and Hertfordshire, making sure that tenants and clients receive a best-in-class service.
Duties will include liaising with contractors to ensure maintenance and repairs are carried on time and to budget, ensuring each site is health and safety compliant, completing Section 20 Notices, utilising specialist property management software, and attending Client & Residents meetings as & when required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of block management, ideally with experience of Section 20, excellent communication skills, an eye for quality & detail, and should be passionate about customer service.
