Having enjoyed a number of recent contract wins, they are now seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to work within their Facilities Services business. The business provides a number of services to their clients but namely facilities maintenance and asset management, energy and sustainability, and mechanical & electrical project management.
As an Assistant Commercial Manager, you will support a seasoned Commercial Manager, providing Commercial and Financial Support to the wider team. That means supporting the commercial manager with duties such as: Profit and Loss Management, WIP, Sub Contractor Management and Procurement, Contract Documentation, Contract Changes, and providing Commercial and Administrational Support to Bids/Tenders.
The ideal candidate will be an aspiring, commercial professional, with previous experience working in either Facilities Management, Reactive/ Repairs Maintenance, Utilities or Construction.
You will be a team player, have excellent numerical and written skills with a passion for the built environment.A permanent role, it offers a competitive salary up to £38,000 dependent on experience, a car or travel allowance, plus plenty of other benefits and the offer of support with further professional accreditation.
