Residential Facilities Manager – Central London – £50,000 - £55,000
Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnered with a niche, residential property management company in their search for a Residential Facilities Manager to manage a high-end, iconic portfolio across Central London. This is an exciting time to join our client, who are in a position of growth due to recent new instructions.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be directly responsible for the overall management of the portfolio, liaising with your clients / residents acting as a key point of contact, overseeing the service charge budgets along with the Property Managers, monitoring site health & safety and overseeing the delivery of both hard & soft services.
You will ideally have experience working within the residential management sector, fully understand the Section 20 Landlord & Tenant Act and have a strong understanding of hard services, and health & safety. It is desirable that you hold your IRPM and a recognized health & safety certificate, but this is not essential.
