At Hexagon, we are delighted to be working with a reputable corporate professional services firm, who are looking for a Facilities Assistant to bolster their team to ensure the continual success they have seen in recent times.
The role will include overseeing day to day compliance and maintenance of the building including, stock takes, mail distribution, repairs of company equipment and storage & retrieval of company files. Also, the role will include monitoring of the facilities inbox, assuring that requests are responded too in a timely manor and property inspections.

- Computer literacy in relevant software packages (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Prioritisation of workloads
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable with good time keeping and punctuality
- Flexible attitude to work
- Capable of manual handling when necessary
- Takes initiative
- Ability to follow instructions when given
- Ability to cope with pressure and maintain a calm manner
- Second to none customer service skills towards customers and clients.
- A full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential
For this you will be rewarded a warm and welcoming working environment, with a salary of £19,000, this will raise following completion of a probation period, annual leave, company pension.
