Facilities Manager - Property Management
Cambridge
£35,000 - £38,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join a prominent, property management company, who prides themselves on the opportunities that they provide to their employees. Our client possesses an exciting portfolio of properties across the UK and have several new instructions in the pipeline.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be managing a business park in Cambridge, which will be your base; along with holding responsibility for a number of other properties across the surrounding areas.
Key Duties:
- Production and management of service charge budgets
- Carrying out monthly site inspections for your portfolio
- Acting as a key point of contact for your tenant / clients
- Overseeing all health & safety matters of your properties.
- Launching ESG and customer engagement initiatives
You will hold experience within the FM & Property Management sector, ideally this will be in the shape of managing mixed-use estates or commercial offices. In addition to this, if you hold an IOSH or NEBOSH this will put you at an advantage. Due to the nature of this role, you will also need to hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.
