Senior Building Manager – City of London – £55,000 - £65,000
Hexagon Group are delighted to partner with an industry leader, to support them with the recruitment for a Senior Building Manager for an iconic, state of the art commercial property in the City of London. The property sits at over 300,000sqft, and you will be responsible for the overall management of the property, whilst receiving support from a Technical Services Manager and an Assistant Property Manager.
Along with managing this building on a day-to-day basis, you will show a keen interest in launching ESG initiatives for the building, oversee any fit-out projects, creating a collaborative environment where tenants are engaged and hold the management of a multi-million service charge budget.
As this property sits in our clients ‘trophy buildings’ portfolio, you will have experience managing a similar sized asset. Furthermore, if you hold an IOSH or NEBOSH and a membership to an industry accredited body, this will put you at an advantage.
