Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with experience of Hard and Soft Services?
Our client, a leading Facilities Management Company are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage FM services at a large Mixed-Use Facility (Commercial & Distribution) near to Uxbridge, along with several small sites in the South. The post will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cleaning, security and technical services through a combination of in-house staff and outsourced specialist contractors, whilst maintaining relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have experience of managing hard and soft services, some experience managing budgets and finance, people management skills and experience building relationships with clients.
In return, the role comes with a Salary of £51,000, Car Allowance, Benefits and Bonus
