Facilities Manager - Prestigious Corporate Site

Central London

Up to £55,000 plus attractive benefits package

 

Our client is a leading facilities service provider and we are delighted to assist them in finding a customer focused Facilities Manager to manage a new contract based in Central London on a corporate site. 

You will be responsible for managing this flagship site and will be leading a team who will deliver cleaning and maintenance to ensure the client has a best in class service to welcome their teams and visitors to the site. 

The contract runs Monday to Friday, with on call responsibilities for any management escalations.

 

This is a great opportunity to join the business at a start of a brand new contract mobilisation. Bringing the team together to bond and helping them develop as the contract starts within this beautiful building. 

You will be responsible for managing the budgets and P&L and will have previously managed hard and soft services contracts, ideally in a corporate environment, with high standards of service delivery. 

You'll also manage the client relationship and will monitor the contract to ensure KPI's are being upheld and will preempt the clients needs. 

You also be responsible for the health and safety on the site and will create the reports for the client review meetings using the CAFM system data and time management systems.

Lead the team to success, by accurately communicating the vision for the business and the contract and how to meet the objectives. 

 

What experience will you need?

  • Experience of managing facilities management (hard and soft services)
  • Developing and training a team
  • Excellent client liaison and relationship building skills
  • Budget and profit and loss management
