Hard Services Facilities Management

Up to £60,000 plus car allowance/car, bonus and benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Hard Services biased Senior Operations Manager to join a prominent FM Service Provider with an excellent reputation for looking after their people. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering hard services facilities management on a TFM public sector contract in the City of London, primarily within commercial buildings such as libraries, leisure and destination venues and commercial offices.
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will ensure that Technical Services/Hard Services Maintenance activities are carried out in a efficient, compliant and safe manner. You will oversee a small team of direct reports, consisting of managers and supervisors, that manage both direct labour and specialist sub contractors. You'll also be responsible for managing a budget, health and safety, and various relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, a solid technical mechanical or electrical background with good knowledge of compliance and health and safety. Good client and stakeholder management skills are also really important in this role.
