Facilities Manager - Property Management
South Wales / West of England portfolio
£27,000 - £30,000 plus car allowance
Hexagon Group have partnered with an exciting property management organisation who are transitioning through exciting times and have a need for a Facilities Manager to join an experienced team covering South Wales and the West of England.
You will be responsible for a mixed-use portfolio of properties across the regions, where you will be accountable for carrying out quarterly / monthly inspections. Given the nature of this role, your time will be spent working from home, working out on site, and working from our clients’ offices.
As the Facilities Manager, you will work alongside a Property Manager and hold overall management across your dedicated portfolio. You will be responsible for developing relationships with your tenants, assisting with producing service charge budgets, carrying out regular site inspections and monitoring all health & safety across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the facilities / property management sector and will have managed a small portfolio of properties or have held a significant role of managing a singular site and seeking that next step in their career. Equally, this could be a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking their first role as a Facilities Manager.
