Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

Our Client, one of the World’s leading construction consultancies, are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to deliver a range of office led refurbishment/refresh projects for a Central Government client ranging from £100,000 to £5 million across various locations in the UK. Your role will be to assist with the feasibility, planning, procurement and construction stages of each project working closely with the client and a diverse network of stakeholders. Although projects will be delivered in various locations, the role will be predominantly home based with a day in London each week. 

Role accountability's will include.

• Leading project delivery across various projects with various stakeholders.
• Developing feasibility studies for projects.
• Administering building/projects contracts.
• Reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting. 
• Initiating and developing project documentation, programmes, master budget etc.  
• Designing and producing reports to suit relevant stages of the projects .

The ideal candidate should have experience delivering Small Refurbishments, Lifecycle/Asset replacement or Workplace projects, experience selecting contractors as part of a tender process, strong reporting skills, and excellent stakeholder management skills. A construction/project management related qualification would also be seen as highly desirable for this role.
