Utilities Manager – UK Wide Portfolio
Home Based - Travel to London required
Client Side
£45,000 - £50,000
We are delighted to be partnered with a client-side, real estate organisation, who have had a sustained period of growth and now have a need for a Utilities Manager to join the business. This is a brand-new role for the company, and you will have the chance to develop this role further down the line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management of energy bureau service partners / consultants
- Responsible for all issues relating to metering (new meter installation, meter operator agreements, meter reading strategy etc)
- Implementation of software solutions for utilities data collection
- Carrying out site visits, dealing with long-standing supply issues and high value utility invoices
- Collating and reviewing energy data across the UK wide portfolio
This opportunity will suit an experienced Utilities Manager who is seeking the next step in their career, or a Facilities, Project, or Property Manager with strong knowledge of utilities. You will be able to evaluate large amounts of data, have a strong understanding of utilities, and have an interest in energy & sustainability.
