Permenant/Fulltime
London Hybrid
£42000 plus various benefits
The Role
We are working with a boutique property advisory and chartered surveying practice, who are seeking to grow their Sustainability expertise with the recruitment of a Sustainability Manager. The Sustainability Manager core role is to provide Sustainability/ESG and Environmental services and advice to external and internal customers, helping them to achieve their ESG objectives.
Duties will include:
Advise and support ESG/Sustainability project initiatives.
Assist the Facilities Management team with initial mobilisation of new
environmental and sustainability initiatives on-site.Provide advice, support, and assistance to colleagues to enable them to
manage sustainability initiatives on-site.Review clients Environmental Policies and identify ESG opportunities to help
clients achieve their ESG Goals
Assist in managing corporate social events across client’s portfolioAssist/undertake report writing on ESG procedures/policies both internally and
externally for clients Assist and prepare proposals for Sustainability ServicesTo be successful you’ll need to have:
The ideal candidate will have the right experience and knowledge to be comfortable providing Environmental and Sustainability advisory services relating to fully operational/inhabited Commercial and Residential properties. You’ll have knowledge of Environmental/Sustainability quality systems and green building certification such as ISO 140001 and Breeam and should be able to project manage sustainability and environmental initiatives for clients. Naturally, as with all roles of this nature you’ll need to be fantastic with Data, an awesome team player and should have good people and stakeholder management skills.
