The Role:
Our client are a boutique real estate advisory company, whose customers include some of the biggest names in real estate investment and development. Having seen a massive surge of new requirements, they are now seeking a Senior Energy Consultant to join their growing team.
The role will be responsible for delivering expert energy advice and services to clients, such as Energy and Carbon audits, analysis of M&E plant, energy modelling and analysis, analysis and implementation of BMS strategy and the development of energy projects.
The ideal candidate should be passionate, collaborative and consultative with excellent knowledge of Energy and Sustainability, M&E and Building Management Systems, ideally supplemented with an Energy or Engineering related degree.
