Workforce Planner / Scheduler (Facilities Management)

Hexagon FM are recruiting for an experienced Workforce Planner /Scheduler to join a growing facilities service provider based in Croydon, South London. 

Working for this specialist FM Service provider, you will be working in a fast paced environment as the service is predominantly reactive jobs due to the nature of their services. 

So you will be organised, calm under pressure and able to multi-task. You will love the energy of the role and will be comfortable communicating between engineers, technicians, clients and contract managers to ensure that everyone know's what is happening, by who and when. 

You may have carried out roles such as helpdesk team leader, office coordinator or resource planner before and are now looking for a role where you can excel and be recognised for your efforts. 

The office is based in Croydon, between three train stations, so is easily accessible and this is a great opportunity for someone to join this business at a time of growth. 

You'll be IT Literate and will ideally have experience using software for logging jobs and assigning resources such as cleaners or engineers.

You'll enjoy being at the centre of everything as you need to know what everyone is doing and be comfortable to escalate issues which may need manager escalation. 

This role is paying in the region of £27,000 dependent on experience plus benefits.
