Estate Manager
West London
£55,000 - £60,000
Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnered with a bespoke, residential management company who have an urgent requirement for an Estate Manager to oversee a high-end residential development, which is owned by a prestigious developer, whom our client have a longstanding relationship with.
Your role as an Estates Manager will be to oversee the day to day running of the estate, whilst managing various service partners such as M&E, concierge, security, landscaping, and cleaning. Furthermore, you will be providing a 5* level of service to the residents and attending to their needs in a timely, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor all health & safety across the estate, and ensure any issues are dealt with promptly and recorded using the systems in place.
- Management of on-site service partners and coordinating work when required.
- Building working relationships with the leaseholders and attending regular meetings when required.
- Carrying out regular inspections of the internal and external common areas
You will have several years of experience managing residential estates and be comfortable working closely with residents. Furthermore, if you hold an industry recognised qualification such as an IRPM or IOSH certificate, this may put you at an advantage.
